In view of the expansion of NorthC’s activities it is looking to hire a legal counsel for the DACH region. The main activities in which the legal counsel will be involved include commercial contracts (in particular negotiation regarding master service agreements with customers), assisting the sales team with procurement projects, agreements with general contractors and other parties involved in the construction of new data centers and the refurbishment of existing data centers, regulatory matters, material supplier contracts, compliance related matters and corporate housekeeping matters.
The legal counsel will report to the general counsel in the Netherlands and will be based in Frankfurt and form part of the German management team.
The position is foreseen to be fulfilled on a part-time basis with a possible expansion to full-time if combined with legal work for the Netherlands business. NorthC is open to discuss agile and flexible working arrangements.
